Rates: $225 a night plus tax (mid May through October). $140 a night plus tax (April-mid-May, November-December). All rates are per room, single or double occupancy, and are subject to change. Room tax is 9.7%. The charge for each additional person (child or adult) is $35 per night plus tax, and must be made in advance. Advanced Deposits: A minimum of two nights deposit is required for all reservations, three night deposit on holiday weekend reservations. A deposit of 50% is required for all reservations of 5 days or longer. All confirmations are subject to our receipt of your deposit, which will be applied to the last night(s) of your reservation. If a credit card number is given to confirm a reservation, the deposit will be processed on the day the reservation is taken. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: On all cancelled reservations, there will be a service charge of $35.00 for each room reservation. No deposit refund will be allowed for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. Restrictions: Smoking in NOT permitted anywhere on the premises of Eden Pines Inn (please be advised that anyone found smoking will be asked to leave the inn without a refund and will be assessed a $75.00 cleaning fee). We are unable to accept reservations for children under 10 years of age. No pets are allowed. Continental Breakfast: 8:00 am to 10:00 am. The breakfast consists of cereal, coffee cake, English muffins, whole grain breads, fruit salad, yogurt, granola, raisins, sunflower seeds, orange juice, coffee and tea. Tea Time: Cookies, coffee, tea (hot and iced) and lemonade. Check In Time: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you are going to be later you must confirm your time of arrival with the innkeepers. Check Out Time: 11:00 am
